He has been a mobile DJ for over 20 years and has played with great names such as Judge Jules, amongst others. Many of you will know Jon as he has DJ’d at many bars and clubs across Essex as well as mobile discos ranging from Birthday parties to weddings.

Rick Woska
Rick is a Radio & TV Presenter, Vocalist, and Producer based in London/Essex. Having trained professionally as an actor and singer, Rick worked on the West End and an international cruise before joining City Sound’s sister station, Hospital Radio Chelmsford, as a presenter in 2023.

Tony Knight
With musical influences from soul, disco, the early days of house music and club classics, Tony has been DJing since the late 80’s with his feet firmly placed in the house and disco genres. You’ll often find him behind the decks at local events, having DJ’d locally at Street Eats and Beats festival, Essex Pride, bars and clubs and many others.

18:00 - Give Up The Funk

Paul Dupree
Paul has been a fixture of the local music scene in Chelmsford since the late 1980s, primarily DJing at countless pubs around town, eventually becoming a five-year resident at the Bassment Club and became somewhat of a rarity in the 90s, a VJ, mixing video in with the music.
